Meh, not really. Firstly, that's A>B>C logic. Bee being stronger than Minato doesn't mean MS Sasuke > Minato especially given that Sasuke on his own would have lost that fight. Ay stated that the number of times he confronted Minato (during the 3rd ninja war) they were just "head butts" not a fight to the death as we've even seen Minato and his team backing off if necessary. killer-bee was quarantined in the village and guarded by Ay so he wouldn't have had chance to face any other serious opponents.

Not really. Your argument is a common hasty generalization as it is based on Insufficient or biased evidence. You are arguing a single statement rather than actual jutsu and feats.

On the other hand, Minato never confronted them alone but always had a team. Neither did they ever go to extreme's as they backed out once the situation got serious. Minato also heard of Ay's speed as Ay would have known of Minato's moniker "Konoha's Yellow flash" as well as his Jutsu Shiki. How do you know Rasengan is minato's greatest offense? am pretty sure Food Cart destroyer does more damage.

Despite not knowing how Ay's Raiton no Yoroi works besides a rumor of his speed, Minato still countered it perfectly.:
