So Kawaki maybe Kara's spy?

Just my little theory but i think Kawaki is sent to Konoha by Kara to spy on Boruto and his mark or the Jogan Eye while being enrolled as a new transfer academy student. As a student i believe Kawaki will perform exceptional well with all academy assignments/missions which could possibly grab the attention of Boruto as Kawaki quickly becomes the top academy student but i think Kawaki will have a problem with teamwork which plot would force him and Boruto to work together and eventually turning into a rivialy based on the fact that although they dislike each other they acknowledge each others as equals

Boruto already graduated from the academy tho, unless kawaki appears in the anime first but boruto & his classmates are gonna graduate really soon according to Gaiden.
