So Kara is Naruto level?

Are those marks really that powerful? If Jigen is Naruto level then he is pretty powerful right?

I know they said Naruto is stronger, but it sounded like it was close.

Because Kwaki hadn't seen Kurama mode and bijudama rasen-shuriken. Jigen would most probably suck it up though, but Naruto's raw strength and speed would mostp robably pwn Jigen.

It seems like the power levels increase with Kara and the Otsutsukis but I don't know.
