Kakashi wasn't joking when he said the technique was reborn, being able to use Black Raikiri and attack while remaining intangible is literally invincible. That's too OP, the only weaknesses of Obito's Kamui were you had to solidify to attack and it lasts only 5 minutes (which may be increased by Rikudou chakra, but hopefully not.) so losing what was the greater of the two weaknesses really makes it an invincible attack...that's messed up.

Well you can see on the page where it hits her that he just passes right through her, which means he can attack and be intangible at the same time. So that's really the big plus for him, the Black Raikiri is just an added power up.

Thanks for the clarification. Didn't really consider that, since most swords included anime and manga(s), they usually pierce each other with swords, one guy sheathes. The other falls, no blood no nothing. So I assumed that was the case here too. And I'm not even new to this manga.
