Hagoromo's words means nothing to me. Its the same thing as Muu saying ONLY Onoki can stop him. Itachi saying ONLY Uchiha can stop him. Fukakasku saying only knowledge allows you to stop Pain.

Hagoromo's words are over exaggerating to make his mother sound stronger than him. Unless feats support this, its a hype.

So Hagoromo, got all of the chakra of juubi, and if the tree had more chakra overall than the amount which was stored in the fruit it means Hagoromo got the most chakra out of it.
