Well, Kaguya most likely had lover(man) , and most likely his death at top of uneding human wards was the trigger for Kaguya to consume forbidden fruit.

Hagoromo most likely also had lover(woman) at one point but she was just average not warrior/shinobi woman so she was not mentioned. After he become Ten tails host he was too much busy... or may be not. Well even before he was busy spreading knowledge about Ninshu.

I think they got all the love from Kaguya the only i think is when they got her chakra she feared she will lose them and her maternal love goes beyond to determine sealing her own son before they oppose her power .
