I think it depends on what exactly orochimaru did to kabuto. Did he only take his sage chakra? Plus I couldn't really see any other way of dealing with kabuto other than izanami, other than that 1 jutsu he was pretty much unbeatable be anyone else alive right now in my opinion. Its not like hes dead or anything, hes still there and as smart as he is i'm sure when he gets out of the genjutsu he will make new plans

You must not remember Kabuto killed Itachi 2 or 3 times. And he was an Edo. On top of that Kabuto wasn't trying to kill either in the fight, he didn't even want to hurt Sasuke. Sasuke can do absolutely nothing against DSM Kabuto. Kabuto beat Sasuke with his first move, remember? Sage Art: White Rage, but Itachi jumped in and saved him.
Edo Madara > DSM Kabuto> + 37 other extraordinarily powerful Edo shinobi? Nope.

Kabuto would own Orochimaru with sage mode and don't forget he took edo tensei to a different level and created his own undead army to fight the strongest ninja from all countries. I'm not a huge Kabuto fan, actually like Orochimaru the most, but you can't deny he's done alot

Since Itachi seemed so concerned about getting killed while an Edo. Itachi had him set up from the moment Kabuto said even if you kill me the Edo's will not leave he had Izanami planned. I'm sure he would have fought differently if he wasn't an Edo and didn't have Sasuke for back up.

The only thing Itachi could possibly do against Kabuto would be Izanami, and I'm wondering how he could do that while Kabuto is actually trying to kill him. Kabuto could summon at least 3 Edos to fight him. Orochimaru tried to summon 3 Edos but Minato was in the Death God, so if Orochimaru can summon 3 then Kabuto, who was better than Orochimaru at ET, can summon 3 Edos and fight simultaneously.

I would not count Kabuto out. He is still in his loop and when he comes out he will be a changed person and very well could end up fighting Oro. How would the Oro fanboys feel if Kabuto joins up with Naruto and ends up beating Oro to stop the Sasuke/Oro group?

Whose to even say he'll get out of the loop to team up with Naruto in time to help him do anything and he might not get out of his loop for that matter...

Since when is Edo Tensei a one time thing??? No it's not, they can be resummoned over and over again! Kabuto used Deidara when he captured Yamato, remember? And it doesn't matter if he's not number 1 anymore. He was. And at that point, he was eons above pretty much everyone else. And as a result, he should always be EVERYONE'S number 1, since these types of things are always taken at the certain ninja's peak of ability. You don't see people not including Hiruzen in top 10's because "he was old". They take him at his strongest, just like people should take and remember Kabuto.



He isn't weak. Even without Edo Tensei, he would beat Itachi or Sasuke 1 vs 1 no problem. And remember as well, he wasn't trying to kill them either, and Itachi couldn't be killed, so that makes it even more in favor of Sasuke and Itachi.



Haha, that was for show. First of all, he planned it SPECIFICALLY so that they couldn't kill him, it was all his strategy, so in reality, point for Kabuto. Then, he wasn't trying to kill them (or in Itachi's case seal) either! Also, he killed Itachi multiple times during the battle, and if it hadn't been for Itachi, Sasuke would have been captured too. Face it. Even without Edo Tensei, Kabuto is top ten material ABOVE Itachi and Sasuke, and with Edo Tensei (which is the fair way to do it) he is the clear number 1.

If it was a fight to the death Kabuto would've summoned some remaining Edos and Sasuke would die in a flash and living Itachi would die in a few minutes. Edo Itachi would be subdued.

so ive went from not liking him to losing all respect for him

well the edos remaining werent all that powerful(chiyo dan etc) dont forget itachi has the totsuka sword so sasuke wuld be more than capable of immobilizing them while itachi gets rid of them with the totsuka sword and so i dont tink the remaining edos(nt edo madara he wuld rape the bros lol) wuld have made that much diffrence considering itachi possesses the totsuka sword dont get me wrong kabuto dsm nd edo is def op and would defeat anybody i jst didnt like his character(too op) and so when he was defeated made me happy

Orochimaru has always been one of my favorite characters, next to Jiraya, Pain/nagato, and Naruto. Kabuto was, and is awesome still... I think Kabuto's role isn't over... Big chance he will be a heavy-weight to counter Orochimaru(or vice-versa)... Am still thinking on why HE needed Sasuke as well... probably the Sharingan thing...

Immobilizing an immortal Chiyo, Mu, Dan, Kimimaro, Dan, and possibly the Jinchuriki is way easier said than done. Bone Field, Skillful Achievement with a Human Body, Jinchuriki techs, Dan's ghost jutsu, Mu being a distraction, Kabuto's techs, etc. Do you really think Kabuto could lose? And the Uchiha brothers are just no problem for Kabuto prime (meaning he has every Edo).

Okay Kabuto is easily one of the select few in Demi-God level, yes, thanks to Orochimaru's chakra, but why does that matter? (Oro fanboys will get a real kick out of this) Kabuto surpassed Orochimaru just with the fact that he mastered Sage Mode. And I ain't even a fanboy. :shrug:

Yeah, because you know, if Kabuto had been trying to kill them, he would have summoned Edo's who would have fought even if he were stuck in Izanami. Get real, if it was a fight to the death, Kabuto would have fought entirely different, and would have used his Edos.
