They were pretty much attacking with killing intent, they couldn't even touch him otherwise.

Also people forget that Itachi only won because he was invincible and had unlimited chakra, not only did he have to let himself get fatally stabbed to start Izanami, he was chopped in half and stabbed again before actually activating it -.-

oro only took his own chakra. kabuto's chakra is unharmed. kabuto's appearance also looks gentle and kind now. i believe kabuto will turn out to be a good boy after he truely discovers his true identity.

P.S kabuto still have all of his tech and chakras hence kabuto is still top 3 villanes of Naruto verse.

Kabuto claimed to have surpassed Oro but in the next chapters we are going to see Oro with new plot no jutsu techs and that "I planned this shit ahead of time" logic that we've seen from Itachi.

i.e. Oro was never surpassed by Kabuto, he will prove he has been severely underestimated lately.

Really? Is that why Itachi stopped Sasuke from killing kabuto at the beginning (which would have been succesfull) before that "pig flashback" The fact that they were doing all they could to NOT kill him was their biggest problem. If they wanted the uchiha brothers would have burned that whole place to the ground with kabuto in it...

I remember when the sasuke/Itachi vs Kabuto chapters started We had all these kabuto fanboys with "Kabuto sage mode is stronger than Naruto" and "Kabuto has surpassed Oro!" and "I make horrible fanboy decisions!" (lol)

He is powerful even without Orochimaru's Chakra and stuff, he was always been considered just as powerful as Kakashi before, I don't see why he'd lose his fanbase..? just because he got defeated doesn't mean he is weak, if he were to summon every Edo he has against the Uchiha bros he would have beat the shit out of them alone, hell.. summoning Edo Madara alone would be enough for them both..

The ignorant thing he did is underestimating Itachi's abilities, and thought that by covering his eyes he would be safe against his Genjutsu, unaware of Izanami which is the ability he is still trapped into.

Lol its pretty easy to walk up to some one who is in a state of coma and do what ever he/she likes. Plus we have seen that it is easy to deactivate SM by simply disrupting chakara. By Oro taking back his own chakara then it would disrupt Kabuto's own. So what's your point?
