No, Jack's mouth thing had straight vertical lines not teeth shaped jagged edges. I thought it might be Axe Hand Morigan but he only had a bottom jaw plate while it looks like Jack has more.

It's amazing how many times people say Doffy was scared shitless of someone and he has yet to be visibly scared of anyone aside from a look of dismay when Law revealed he's a D., and even that is debatable.

I'd be stunned if he took out fujitora, Tsuru, or Sengoku. Jack seemed pretty confident despite doflamingo being escorted by a fleet of navy ships. He must be very strong. Oda won't have him attack just for him to lose or die. So whatever happens I'm sure it will be surprising.
