2. Suigetsu doesn't even know what the **** he's testing. Could be Sarada's own cord as far as he knows. Karin could have easily delivered or something like that.
I won't call it case closed until Sasuke, Sakura, or Karin confirms.

There's no reason to include Suigetsu's doubt if not to bring it up again. I respond with my own question. Who the **** carries around their own umbilical cord? Nobody.
Explain to me why Naruto never questioned where Sarada came from, since apparently Sakura was never pregnant.
Explain to me why the DNA test was a 100% match, when this very chapter Kishi explained to us that 50% of DNA comes from the mother, and 50% from the father.
Explain to me why no one believes Sasuke would cheat on Sakura, and Suigetsu even goes so far as to suspect Karin raped Sasuke?
Explain to me why Sakura would raise the child of her husband's mistress alone.

Sakura fans, SS fans call em whatever. They all live in submarines.
Whenever karin flies overhead in her bomber they dip.
She doesn't carry it around. She left it in her desk, besides she was an orphan. I doubt she has her own cord. Suigetsu assumed it was hers based on what it is.
actually many ppl still keep their umbilical cord, or at least the parent does. The only thing thrown out is afterbirth.
DNA test is 100% match cuz it's salada's umbilical cord. That's her dna.

Which brings us back to original question:
Do you really think karin would steal sakura/salada's umbilical cord if sakura truly gave birth to salada. There is little to 0 incentive for her to do so.

If she had anything to do with the delivery, I don't see why not. It's more plausible than Karin keeping hers around in a desk at Orohimaru's hideout for no reason.

You're saying Karin is the mother because she kept Sarada's cord, BUT BY KEEPING THE CORD, THAT MEANS THERE'S NO DNA PROOF THAT SHE IS THE MOTHER. That means Sarada's dna just matched Sarada's dna, which proves nothing.
There's no part of this debate you are on top of.
