That analysis actually means very little since no white balance was made to discount the warm light contamination. For all we know that could simply be the red of the fire giving red shade to everything, For example the Sage's cloak should be white, but in that screen it's also reddish. That's because of warm light contamination, the same should be happening with the hair.

Attention that I also believe the sage was an Uzumaki, I'm just saying that Sir Derp's image analysis is fallacious and doesn't prove nothing.
