But they didn't know who Tobi was because they do not consult Kishi (just like they gave Itachi a red susano instead of yellow). If they had known and given Tobi and Obito the same voice, don't you think that everyone would have been certain of his identity ? That's why some things that happen in anime is not canon.

I actually reviewed that preview of next episode quite a few times and concluded that there is not enough amount of detail to form an appreciation about the Sage's hair color.
The first screen is all bathed in a warm shadow, so that shade of discolored red could simply be white hair on a warm shadow.

The second screen is more of the same, with the exception that it actually looks more like blond than actually red.
