Nope Madara was already possessed by Kaguya before all that happened, the god tree has a huge part in this. Also, Madara's will is stronger as he became the jinchuriki of the juubi without any struggle.

1. That wasn't Kaguya, that was the incomplete Juubi.
2. Kaguya came from the Shinju, that's where Madara heard her voice from. Obito never had a chance to be taken over because he hadn't absorbed the Shinju.

to offer madara 2nd rinnegan and speed up IT completion kaguya had to take over obito.
This never happened cuz obito had stronger will.
Basically kaguya was interested in IT so until then madara was her ally and obito was the foe that did some damage cuz she couldnt restrain him
