You have to keep that in mind that it would make no sense for Kaguya to take over Obito as he's not the original owner of the Rinnegan. Obito made that clear that its true potential lied with Madara, not him, as he could barely handle one.

Again, where is the indication of Kaguya taking over Obito, when even its will wasn't interested in him? And why would she take over someone with a far inferior control over one Rinnegan?

How he's describing it is exactly what happened. Obito released the Juubi and it made its final evolution to become the Shinju, that doesn't mean he had the Shinju absorbed, as it was simply the Juubi while it was inside Obito.

On the other hand, Madara already had the Juubi inside of him, and the Shinju had already been reformed, so he absorbed it into himself and got a power boost because of it, and his Cloak changed. Changes that Obito doesn't reflect on his outfit, despite it being different from Madara's.

Not to mention this would mean Obito was stronger than Madara, and the manga has already stated otherwise.

to offer madara 2nd rinnegan and speed up IT completion kaguya had to take over obito.
This never happened cuz obito had stronger will.
Basically kaguya was interested in IT so until then madara was her ally and obito was the foe that did some damage cuz she couldnt restrain him

Because That is where the Shinju came from, and the Shinju is the first place we saw her. Untill prooven otherwise, she was in the Juubi. So, the person who mindwrestled her down is clearly better than the guy who exploded after 5 seconds.
