Yup.Thats why I said there was miniscule romance in this manga and the slight amount that was included was just intended for ship baits to get readers to read further which ruined it more than it already was.Honestly the fact that the MC's pairing went canon without a single love dialogue between them in the manga says it all really.Its the reason why authors like Oda dont bother to introduce it at all because in some ways it drags down the quality of writing with unnecesary debates

SasuSaku also happened because the NaruSasu bond was so strong.If it wasnt for NaruSasu SS would never have happened.Also the way both of them understand each other deeply is something both NH and SS can only dream of

sasusaku was always the first canon couple of the manga, if you were expecting some mushy love dialogues/kisses/cuddles/whatever, well it didn't happen even between adults couples with children so...

maybe that's why Kishi decided to put it all in a movie, to show some real lovey dovey stuff because Naruto's generation is different from the previous ones in this sense too!!!

Nope.He said in that interview that he was too embarrassed to write romance in the manga.There wasnt mutual romance in the manga at all
