this power-up basically made sasuke useless besides the the seal on his hand. kakashi has better space time abilities and has the exact same PS with wings as sasuke. don't give me that, "sasuke's susano is stronger because of sage power-up bs." susano are the same strength within the same versions. a PS is a PS, with differences between them, like visual differences or wings or 4 arms in madara's case.
