There is a chance for him to be present inside Anko.There is one more possibility.Orochimaru created the oral rebirth technique from the white snake.Ryt?We have seen sasuke performing it when he was caught by Itachi's amaterasu.So what if the snake performed the same technique or atleast shed its skin to escape from the flames. Who knows?We only saw its body's imprint on the ground.What actually that was burnt could be its skin alone.
Orochimaru might have transferred himself to that snake before he was dragged by totsuka.

I'm a bit confused now. Kabuto inserted dna from Orochimaru's corpse...which means he was dead, right? So if he's still out there somewhere, he must be in a curse mark. However, the manga says that Sasuke is ready to leave. If Orochimaru was in Anko's curse mark, then Sasuke wouldn't have to go anywhere...he would just stay where Anko is. Plus where is Sasuke going, anyway? Does he know Orochimaru's exact location or something?
