Depends. Something as OP as Kotoamatsuki will still work on him. Tsukuyomi might also still work. Anything below that tier of genjutsu won't.

Forget BM talk about SM, he only needs external chatora to break genjutsu, like someone with a curse seal they can break genjutsu justby activating it. So Naruto really cannot be genjutsued.

He has the ability to withstand genjutsu except for Tsukuyomi and KA since he obtain Sennin Mode. Like iNoto said, he's not immune to genjutsu, but he can break out of it.

doesnt matter the level of chakra.
Look up jiraiya explanation of genjutsu.

He clearly says you need a outside source of chakra to be ran threw our body.
Lets say he has 1% percent of chakra from each tail beast thats still more than the average chuunin ninja and im assuming he has more than 1% they way hes pulling out rasengans.

Genjutsu will affect him its just that he will wake up ....aka Bee.

Deosn't matter, the point is, he has 9 bijuu's inside him (which are chakra to begin with) and they can break him out of Genjutsu.

Don't forget hes a perfect Jinchuuriki with Yin Kurama as well. (50%)

It depends on various things:

-is the caster able to suppress the Bijū as well, then yes.
-the Bijū have to realise the Genjutsu at first. Itachi used Genjutsu: Sharingan against Bee and Gyūki coudn't stop it promptly
-what kind of Genjutsu~Tsukuyomi, Iatsu Sharingan and so on take effect really fast and should work too against Naruto.

However, Naruto isn't "immune" to Genjutsu.
