Well, I think Kishi stated that remaining sources of conflict will be the Juubi, then Madara, then Sasuke. So the Juubi will probably make a reappearance, then a suped up Madara will fight, but Sasuke doesn't seem like he will perform a villain role per'say so it seem Maddy will be the final villain
