he lost EMS on account he gave up his original eyes before he died, and since he was brought back as a edo and then brought back alive he lost his rinnegan for a short amount of time but he will recover it in no time

no.. he needs to take the eye out of obito's eye socket and get the other eye from whereever obito left it.

1: the rinnegan wherent his in the first place (Izuna's), so he should either come back with HIS eyes(ms), or the eye he had when he was old
2: if when he lost them because they wherent his, then why did kakashi keep his sharingan when he was rinne tensei'd by nagato

Madara's actual eyes are most likely decomposed, the eyes that turned into rinnegan, and he gave to nagato, were his brother Izuna's hence it would make sense why he doesn't have any eye's when he's been revived with rinne-tensei. As for the one he had before death, obito most likely took it for his empty socket.
