If Kakashi was there when Naruto was giving out Kurama chakra like food stamps, Kakashi would of taken the Juubi's head with Kamui. Probably why Kishimoto left Kakashi in the other dimension for so long, he could of done it and if he didn't that'd be a huge failure on Kishi's part.
