So is Kakashi High, Mid, or Low kage level? Or only jonin level?

I want to know your opinions guys. I personally believe he's mid kage level, like most of the current kage and the sanin. But he seems to be highly debatable on the base.

P.s. The kakashi that fought due to Naruto's chakra is high kage level. But I'm talking about before in the fight when Naruto was only in chakra mode.

OT: he is high kage level...! i consider war arc kakashi to be on jiraya's and itachi's level (may be a bit below jiraya) who are above other two sannins and almost all current kages...!

indeed which is why i included it.. all his skills overall i would say he is mid kage level but if you add the fact he has one of the strongest techniques in narutoverse even thought he cant use a great number of times this imo puts him borderline high

people i consider high kage level would be people such as hashirama, naruto , minato , tobirama, Sasuke

i think some people are using the word kage a little to loosely
