I mean people's arguments were that he no longer had DSM, but he in mangafact DOES..
So up there with Madara, Hashirama, Obito, and Current Naruto, Kabuto is up there as well somewhere.

Unless Orochimaru can now use DSM too, Kabuto has that 1 thing above him.
Kabuto is faster, and Orochimaru's body is mostly comprised of senju DNA, Kabuto is a living breathing counter to all things Hashirama
