What Buu does is subjugation not fusion. He is forcefully taking their power not sharing power.

Gohan lost to Buu either way. Not making him the strongest.

The point I am making is half bloods are weaker than full bloods.

It may not be a "Fusion", but the effect is still the same.

Also, Akira himself stated that Mystic Gohan was the strongest non fused character that uses his own power(If im not mistaken). I never said he was the strongest overall. (That would be Super Vegito)
