Only way Ino kills people is if she mind transfer into their bodies doing something like jumping off a bridge and transferring back into her body. Putting a fork on a fix location. Fight someone transfer into their body going towards the fork then going back into her body.

TenTen would rape Ino in a 1vs1 if she does not do the mind transfer and she would not let Ino do that to her.

Ino is a skilled Meical Nin and a Member of the Yamanaka Clan.Her clans special abilities and her medical ninjutsu puts her above Tenten and possibly Hinata.

I think "power" differs here; some of them better supports and some of them are better fighters; I think Hinata or Tenten would take down Ino in a 1 vs 1 fight fairly easily; but Ino's support abilities outclasses both ninjas'; and i personaly think her various and good or high level support abilities can come more handy in some situations than Hinata or Tenten's mediocre fighting skills and Hinata's sensing.
