it certainly seems that way... but if the juubi is anything like the other bijuu it will slowly regenerate itself to near full power even though it doesnt have the full chakra of the nine and eight tails...

NOOO, :sy: Gedo is gedo, Juuby is collection of the 9 tailed beasts! On next chapter He is definitly going to summon "small juuby". Small Juuby because he have just a little bit of Kyuubi and Hachibi's chakra. Sorry for my bad english :shrug:
