So is a chapter coming out today?

Like 2 days ago there was a thread about a new chapter coming out on Saturday due to some holiday in Japan (Marine day or something like this). The source were some Naruto reviewers (iirc) on Tumblr and they actually successfully predicted an early release of the latest chapter, so there might be something in it.

Could anyone with more info confirm/deny this?​
