Yes, but Kakashi has shown that Kamui really only depends on chakra, so the original wielder with both eyes would have no problem. Assuming Obito also could have awakened Susano'o naturally (as it was said to be rare), than he poses a threat. Shisui, while being quite weak, doesn't have to depend on Kotoamatsukami being "spammable" since it only takes one shot. The Mangekyou Sharingan having unique powers allows for someone special enough to always possess great power. Even Shin's could be pretty useful when used correctly.

nagato isn't rikudo, but if he's edo, and has a sufficient distance between him and guy then yes. shinra tensei or chibaku kills him.
doesn't rinnegan possess rikudou chakra (indra+ashura)? or does the chakra only awaken when the original eye owner uses it?
i honestly don't know but if it does the amount is negligible
okay, so transplanted rinne users can use the rinnegan that was created by rikudou chakra but not actually have the chakra? so more or less it has less to do with it not being the original owners eyes and more to do with nagato not having their chakra as to why he can't use rinnegan to it's full power correct? that's why sasuke is superior because he has the rinnegan as well as the rikudou chakra.
