[Discussion] So I'm looking to start a new anime...

and have 5 potential suitors lined up.

They are:
- JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
- Guilty Crown
- Darker than Black
- Katekyo Hitman Reborn
- Monogatari series.

My question to you is, which do you think I should watch first? Or would you recommend something else?

Mirai Nikki.
Psycho-Pass.
No Game no Life.

However, out of the five ones you mentioned; you could start with Guilty Crown and then watch Darker than Black.​

I've only seen Darker Than Black from that whole list, but it's pretty good, so I'd recommend it first. Monogatari has a bunch of different series attached to it and KHB! is over 100 episodes, so I'd recommend those last.

JoJo's bizarre adventure is pretty bizarre, not even sure if you'll like it, if you

Darker Than Black is pretty confusing and mysterious in the beginning, not sure if you'll like it either.
It remains mysterious from the start till the end, most things do get cleared up though.

Haven't watched Katekyo Hitman Reborn.

Monogatari Series is unique, if you start start with Bakemonogatari, not exactly a recommended series because lots of people love it and lots of people can't get into it because of the unique-ness.

So yeah, if I had to make a list for you it'd go like this

1. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
2. Darker Than Black
3. Monogatari Series
4. Katekyo Hitman Reborn
5. Don't even watch Guilty Trash
