Nah...its much more better like this, he can easily control the size and still use kurama's power even without fully transforming...bee has to go full 8 tails to do any kind of TBB or bijuu tech, naruto can just transform to an head only and easily do dsame....he might not even need to transform as seen with the TBBFRS
