No not really. I don't have money. But I plan on spending. I don't want my money wasted if I do stupid things like i always do and get ban. I can't resist the urge.

I don't believe so, if you've payed for it they can't legally take it in such a manner unless of course in the rules of purchasing said premium membership, it states if you are banned whilst having premium membership, you forfeit the right to finish out the rest of the subscription time. But as said before, it'd be far easier to just VM ira and ask her.

No, they paid a small amount of money to get extra benefits like a larger avy, more pictures in their sigs, a glowing name and a star in their name etc. The money automatically goes to the servers.

Correct. When someone is banned, you must have noticed that their avatars, signatures, profile customization etc. all disappears, but when they get unbanned again everything is back. Same principle with the Premium members. Though logically being a premium member does not give you some kind of immunity against banning. We at least encountered once a troll who thought he was clever buying premium thinking we would have no choice but to let him troll the forums as long as he was a premium ~_~*
