I agree obito can't be dead just like that. It would be a terrible way to finish off such an important character. Everyone he thinks otherwise is stupid seriously. It could be possible that he speaks to rin and then returns to help finish madara/kaguya off.

There is definitely a reason why obito got his original eye even tho he's unconscious. Kishi has been hinted the fact that eyes will b at maximum when together and with its owner. Black zetsu has the Sharigan closed n guy is recovering, his body doesn't look burnt so he is uneffeced
