It would be the same eyes of the one with the dominant genes, so no, it wouldn't be like what you stated. It will either be two Byakugan or two Sharingan.

Kishimoto was asked this same question years ago in an interview ... he gave a troll comment and just said they'd have one of each eye.

They probably have Byakugan until they can activate the sharingan. The switch it up. Sharingan can be switched out but they probably have base Byakugan eyes all the time.

Disregarding Kishi's troll comment on that one i'll give my opinion/answer.

I feel like the Sharingan will be hidden until the emotional trauma for the Mut (I'm calling it that) is activated allowing the Mut to switch between the Sharingan and the Byakugan at will also using the Byakugan and the Sharingan together overcoming their blanks that come with them.

In other words an OP Doujutsu will be born. Or the superior blood and Genetical info will overcome the weaker one leaving only one Doujutsu there only.
