He would get mad at Sasuke and would maybe attack him, but I doubt he'll end up like Obito. And I doubt he'll kill Sasuke for that.
We're talking about a guy who was hated by practically the whole village, but still strived to be acknowledged by them; who trained his ass off to catch up to the guy who put a Chidori through his freaking lung and who has attacked him every time they met (admittedly he didn't attack immediately and even talked to him, as opposed to how he reacts towards Sakura and Kakashi) and whom he still calls his best friend.

I doubt Sasuke can do something that would make Naruto drop him. So even with Sakura being killed by Sasuke, I doubt he'll do much aside from getting pissed off maybe and a bit depressed.
But acting like Obito? No, can't see him doing that

But Naruto met Pain sometime after Jiraiya was killed. He had time to think about it all. Considering that Sakura is closest person to him, watching her dying should make him go mad. Not in the long run, but following moments would be pretty rough.
