Kurama is full form.

However since he is still Naruto's jin, they are still bonded.

Yeah he could transform into a fully fledge 9 tails with fur and all but chakra cloak is better.

In The Last, Kurama fought without Naruto by using the chakra cloak. So they could be a dynamic duo really.

Still no sign of Naruto's Ashura mode.... -_- no its not the Kurama one. That's like saying the cloak Susanoo vs the armored Susanoo.

His BM Kurama isn't even real. He's just inside Kurama and using Kurama as a clad. Or to make his rasengan with one hand.
