Who do you guys think would win? Naruto it seems will have all of the tailed beast chakra while sasuke will most likely get the rinnegan. Making it the body vs the eyes, because you know kishi isn't going to give one of them a power up without the other one getting something in return. Naruto has the huge edge here IMO because of the ultimate factor...the main character effect.
