Let me get this straight. You are forcing yourself to read something that doesn't interest you just so you can join another forum? Wow. If that is your motivation, I would just give up now. Idk what reasons you have to go over there, but One Piece is to be enjoyed. Given I watched every OP episode to Marineford where the anime was at that point over a span of 3 weeks, but I had nothing to do over the winter break. If you still want to read it, it won't take too long.
I can read a chapter in less then 10 mins. Given you can read about the same speed, that's 6 chapters in an hour. 12 in two. If you read 2 hours a day you can finish in about 42 days. It's about 84 hours of your time.
It's not that big of a deal to hurry however. What are you going to do when you do get caught up. Wait every week for the chapter to come out like us? One Piece still has another 8-10 years to finish. You got plenty of time to catch up. Me personally, I would watch it. Specially with the fight scenes or anything you want to see animated. The fight you are at right now was funny animated. Just the emotion the voice actors put into every line is amazing. Anyways, hope this helped.

OT:
If you have already read 200 chapters then you're only 500 chaps or so behind. It's on 696 at the moment. If you haven't read any of them and are starting from scratch then it should take you only a few days or so. I read from Chap 1-660 or so in about a week and that was taking my time. So don't be put off by the amount of chapters. It's so great that you'll get lost in it and won't notice that you're nearly finished catching up.
The anime is another story. It takes a lot longer to watch all the episodes. If you do watch the episodes then never ever skip arcs no matter how boring it is. If you do, you'll miss out on information that you may have flew past in the manga. On the plus side, the anime is just as awesome or if not more awesome than the manga. Seriously, never skip arcs though. You need to know every detail otherwise some parts in the series will loose their touch and emotion that comes in part with the series. It is by far the best anime out there, not two buts about it.
Hope you decide to get knees deep in it if you haven't started. It's worth every moment of your time.
