The best part is Sasuke ofcourse, let's take a look back.
Sasuke is significantly stronger, he has shown tremendous improvement.
Sasuke has developed his Rinnegan far enough to jump dimensions which only Kaguya has been shown to be able do on top of that he has shown he can perform hand seals with one hand even while holding his sword - Lightning style against Kid Shin, and Fire style against Adult Shin, futhermore he used Amenotejikara twice in a few seconds with no sign of being exhausted even while being weakened from dimension jumping - He teleported Kid Shin, and then he teleported his sword back to himself.
And in the new trailer he created several Shadow Clones with no Hand Seals, and has some new type of Sword Technique. Major improvements.
Sasuke used Naruto's signature technique better than he did, Naruto was shown in the trailer with the Shadow Clone hand seals up - about 20 years of using that move and he still needs hand seals.
On top of all this Naruto rightfully called Sasuke the Greatest Ninja, and Boruto asked Sasuke how he surpassed Naruto, which Sasuke reaffirmed by telling him to ask Naruto.
