Well, in theory Obito has the Sage's chakra, eyes and the Sage's bijuu, but he also has Kamui.

At the moment it seems that if hype is allowed ( meaning Obito can use the Rinnegan to 100% of its potential and he has a body as strong as the Sage's ) he is above the Sage.

It would really suck if he used izanagi. Kamui is one hell of a tech to lose, but dying would be worse I suppose lol.

he didn't break ...minato broke his hand seal from performing jutsu anymore ...else he would hav died IMO
