Before Sasuke had to undergoe a surgery to get Itachi's I transplanted, but now Madara can stick eyeballs in his sockets with them working right away. WTF Kishi. Get your shit together....

I don't know much about medicine or surgery but I'm guessing since itachi was already dead he had to get the optic nerves working again. And madaras been through so many eyes he probably knows how to do it like a pro

Well yeah cuz Sasuke didn't know how to do it. Madara also has Hashi's healing power meaning that all he has to do is put the eye in place and the nerves and whatnot will reconnect themselves.

Madara has Hashirama's OP healing ability as well as he is now a Jubi Jin. as well. Sasuke got neither and the eyes abilities needed to merge into one. Not to mention he was ****ing blind and needed to recover his eyesight.

Obito will not get his other Sharingan back. I think it's as good as gone. Madara will steal back his Rinnegan, Kamui back to real world, then destroy the Sharingan and plop in his Rinnegan.

OMG ok, ok, sorry. :/ It's just questionable that someone can transplant eyes in no time now. In my opinion, Kishi's writing is as if he doesn't care anymore. It's cliche after cliche. I read it anyways since I want to see how the manga ends. I'm in it too far now to quit. XD

Transplanting eyes really has never been portrayed as a difficult procedure. The first actual demonstration of this surgery was Obito and Kakashi. Neither really demonstrated any negative side effects from the surgery, and Kakashi was able to use his new eye immediately. Plus, I'm fairly certain that Rin had absolutely no experience doing eye transplants.

This would make Madara's transplant just that much easier. He heals nearly instantaneously. Just a few chapters ago he go beaten down by Guy, and was able to recover from both of those immediately. In the most recent chapter, he got sliced in half, and doesn't even seem to care about it. Compared to this, implanting an eye is child's play.
