First, I don't believe Naruto and Sasuke will fight at all. I think the toad was talking about Madara.

But, even if I did believe it the fact that Naruto is older in the sketch doesn't "confirm" anything.

By the end of this arc they'll probably be equal. Who's to say they didn't postpone the fight for some reason. Or maybe one will really end up being stronger than they other and they challenge each other to truly become equal and have a proper fight....or maybe they do try to work together but Shikamaru pulls a Tobirama and drives Sasuke to Madara's path? JS.
