Assuming YouTube was ever vigilante about their members following their community guidelines. It's always the good channels that get punished for making a mistake. If you're going to enforce your rules one time enforce it all the time and don't be selective about who gets punished and if you do, don't screw over people with good channels who are not doing scumbag shit on a consistent basis.
