Even in his part 1 self; he was able to this without using gates:

He haven't shown in part 2; but considering the fact that his strength gone up to 4,5 from 3 in databooks and there is 3 years of time skip; he should be able to do a lot more.

He is super strong.The last time I see he removed his feet weights was in the chunnin exam.I think he might be able to surpass Guy because at a very young age,he is able to open a few gates(maybe up to 6?).

why? currently, right now, (if madara wasn't already dead) with alil help from karuma, lee would have just (with one kick) killed the ninja who almost killed the 5 kaga simutaniously ( that includes gara ). he wasn't even in the gates and we don't even know if his wights were off or for that matter how much heavier they are from before... do we?

i forgot all about that one. ya think by now he might be one of the strongest ninja(in just terms of strength)? if not, who's stronger? i mean i would say tsunade is stronger but that pic looks like something tsunade would do, and again, there was a time skip in which we all know he has trained, + tunade also fought with madara and look at her now.... o second though, don't look at her... its heart breaking.

i see your point and i was thinking about it too, but if we were to rate lee as weaker then a kage, then give him karuma's chakra, and then all of a sudden he can one hit k.o. madara, that would be like saying every1 who got karuma's chakra got power at least as great as(or close too) the 5 kage put together. ALSO from my understanding, having more chakra is like having more energy,(tis why kakashi can be so strong wile having a very small chakra supply) it wouldn't make lee stronger by getting karuma's chakra boost. also,(FOR FUTURE POINTS) it would make no sense that madara would let lee kick him, 1: b/c he's madara, 2: b/c he did put his guard up. and again, lee did it w/out gates and/or losing his weights.

He is one of the physically strongest characters; but unlike Tsunade or Sakura who have more brute strength; he has high speed which gives him an edge in taijutsu; and that is more important than sheer strength imo; he relies on technicality too; strength is not the only important thing when it comes to taijutsu; that's why i think Lee would defeat Sakura in 1 vs 1. In terms of brute strength; Tsunade, Sakura, Gai, A are above him among the alive ones by shown feats.

And Tsunade fought with edo Madara; almost any ninja would be in her situation in such fight...

though u make a valid point, my question wasnt on weather lee would do better in a fight,nor was it supposed to relate to any form of jutsu, but weather or not he is physically stronger.
