So how many know the truth about Itachi, and the Uchiha Clan? Episode 19 (Boruto)

So in today's episode SP added an extra scene of Sarada in the Library. In this scene Sarada was reasearching about her father and the clan and came upon the only Uchiha book in the library.

In that book was the basic run of the mill Uchiha info that likely every ninja knew about even before the great 4th Ninja war. (Besides Sasuke having a daughter.)


All the other stuff was classified.

So let me get this straight... Itachi's sacrifice is still not shared with the public even after the post Danzou purge. And anything related to the Uchiha isn't known but for an except few.


I assumed maybe Sarada would know about this since she is an Uchiha but due to her Father's absence she doesn't even know who Itachi is (I think the book didn't even mention who killed who).


So the only people that are currenlty alive that know about the true Uchiha massacre are likely.

I wonder why everything post the ninja alliance was kept hidden. I mean does that even mean that the ninja war is classified due to some Uchiha elements?

Who else now knows? Tsunade? maybe.... Sakura? No since she doesn't even know Sasuke wore glasses or not.

Orochimaru likely knows since he was tagging along with Sasuke via the curse mark.


Was it Sasuke's idea to keep things hidden, never to be known to the public.

Itachi said he didn't want people knowing the truth, so Naruto has simply respected his wishes. Sasuke doesn't care about the Uchiha line anymore either, considering he doesn't care about the half breed and wannabe he calls family. Even Itachi didn't care for the Uchiha, since he claimed the notion of clinging onto one's clan name was pathetic.

Itachi himself didn't want this information shared (he even told Naruto not to share this with anyone). Clearly Sasuke doesn't care to share it either.

Besides, the issue is dead. Nobody is covering up a thing because there is nothing more to be covered up. The issue is not even relevant to the current events of the shinobi world. The only people who should eventually learn about this are Sakura and Sarada. It's irrelevant to everyone else.

What didn't Itachi want konoha to know Tobirama practised isolation policy against them.
Danzo, Hiruzen and the others continued this trend.
That the elders covered up Fugaku's achievements equal to Minato in the 3rd war.
That the Uchiha wanted to help but the elders wouldn't let them step in and stop the nine tails.
That they were moved to a corner and isolated further being put under surveillance.
That they were plotting Coup because of discrimination and being isolated.
And their plan was to hold the 3rd Hostage and get him to name Fugaku the 5th Hokage (understandable considering he was Minato level+). They wanted a seat in the governing of konoha like other clans. They wanted fair treatment and ability to live wherever they please in konoha like other clans.
For refrences I suggest reading Itachi shinden(canon novels).

Naruto covering that up is bs and are people going to say they were bad people because they were being discriminated against and demanded equal rights.

Nothing to do with Sasuke, kakashi makes the decisions just as he did back in shippuden. The truth is the truth covering it up is to cover ones sins.

All she has to know is what itachi left. The uchiha name intacted , they are known for thier op fighting capabilities and deep love. And not that they were planing a mass genocide and that the village covered up the truthe about god itachi.

Seriously everyone but her parents are dead, what would seriously change (for her) if she found out about dead relatives and the stuff that happened around 20+ years before she was born? Nothing that's what, like I said she doesn't need to know and Sasuke doesn't have to tell anything nor does anyone.
