They had a banquet 1 day They left in the morning
They went to Punk Hazard and caused a ruckus 1 day
On their way to Dressrosa they slept 1 time with the owlfish 1 day
they´re causing a ruckus on Dressrosa 1 day

So 5 days have past in the New World

Which is pretty accurate since Big Mom´s tea party would be in 4 days time after Fishman Island. Meaning shit can go down there after this arc with Kidd-Hawkins-Apoo and the bomb, and also big moms ship at the coast with the Sanji team.

We can't gauge the time they spent on Fishman Island, but a safe guess is 3 or 4 days.

In Punk Hazard I know for a fact they were in and out because nobody had time or an area to rest so that was 1 day. We never saw the sky change to night, or at least I don't remember it doing so.

And they've also been on Dressrosa for about 1 day, maybe 2. But then again the sky hasn't changed.

If you want to count the time they've been sailing though that's probably been 5 days to each island. So 5 days to PH from FI, and 5 days from PH to DR.

Minimum amount of days they've been there are 15, max 17.
I feel like I'm forgetting something though...

Yes you are forgetting that the Mealstrom picked them up at Fishman island and popped them back out at punk hazard
you forgot that Law gave Doflamingo an ultimatum and they camped one night at sea between punk hazard and Dressrosa.

Now that I think about it yeah, 4 days would be too much. Maybe 2 days and left early on the 3rd day, and I'm basing that off the amount of events that happened there (also because when they resurfaced approaching punk hazard it was probably mid-day during that storm). It's hard to tell how much time passed since they were at the sea floor and you can't see the sky. And it's hard to tell whether the feast was really at night or day since the castle always has a dim look about it like it is night. Here it is when it was first shown
