So how exactly did Madara know he was going to be revived, specifically by Kabuto

If Nagato revived Madara, would Madara have his old body, or younger body? Furthermore, Nagato's ability to revive the dead requires for the body to be in tact i believe, as shown when he revived the leaf shinobi. Lastly he wasn't able to revive Jiraya because so much time has passed, so how was Nagato planning on reviving someone like Madara who passed so long ago? So did Madara really know what was up after the gamble he did with Obito and Nagato?

Jiraiya's body was at the bottom of the ocean, that's why. He'd be revived just to die from drowning

Isn't it proven that you cannot revive someone if too much time has passed?
But that fact is only based on one case, that being Nagato. Nagato had a limited chakra supply, especially at the end of his battle with Naruto where he was exhausted. If Nagato was at full strength, he likely could manage more. Not to mention, if Nagato became the 10 tails Jin and harnessed all that power at once, he could theoretically revive anyone and possibly restore their body to new, using hell realm.

Soit was never stated that time passed was ever an issue?
I just explained that it is in fact an issue. Nagato directly stated that too much time had passed for him to revive Jiraya, fact. But that was based solely on Nagato's limited chakra supply at the time.

What I am saying is despite what Nagato said, it is theoretically possible that Madara could still have been revived that way, but it might have required the full chakra of the 10 tails to do so.
