1) Ningendou - Shiki Fujin works on them, why not?
2) Gakidou - Absorb their chakra so none remains.

Other:
3) He could just hurl the Chibaku Tensei into outer space. Who says that you have to kill them to get rid of them?
4) Babutso Sozo - Turn them into something else, like a statue? Lol
5) Inton - Maybe he could destroy them?
6) Gedou - Rules over life and death, maybe it can somehow insta-kill things. :|

You can't kill the immortal, they can only be sealed and that much is clear.

1. Oro can't be killed but was sealed by totsuka.

2. Hidan is still alive.

3. Yin Kurama was never killed but sealed in RDS, now he's alive and well whereas Minato is gone permanently.

Sasuke doesn't have a way, he's talking BS as always.

I don't know why this is so hard to understand if they can't be killed they just can't be killed, sealing off isn't killing them.
