Definitely gonna need a power up, cause he's nowhere near Piccolo level right now. Cell would have been better, but since Frieza has connection with Bill I understand I guess.
I'm hyped for it. Frieza gave the impression that he was top dog during his time but obviously bills was around and much stronger. Would be interesting to hear about their relationship more
