Incase you forgot half of Obitos body is Senju. And Senju dna boosts Sharingan beyong its limits making your basic techs stronger as Uchiha.

There's nothing like that Jinchurikis immune to Genjitsu. But they can escape from genjitsu easyly. they are really different things. First S/He needs to notice s/he's in genjitsu. It's why Itachi is expert in genjitsu. It's really close to reality. Is there another posibility too. It's not real mizukage just a Zetsu clone. Even they couldn't notice Orochimaru, how they will notice excellent zetsu clone.

I don't think it was Obito controlling the Mizukage, since Kirigakure was already called the bloody mist when Obito was fighting the mist ninja. And it definitely wasn't Madara. IMO, it was someone else.
