Well his chakra control/manipulation was already godly, evident when he matched/distributed to the SA. After gaining RSM, universal comprehension of chakra kinda made him an official chakra god. Only person who could teach Naruto that is Bee, it's basically Naruto using partial transformation like how Bee can use parts of the 8 tails. If not Bee then Kurama helped him or Naruto did it himself.
